A Fayette Circuit jury has recommended 27 years in prison for Adrian Benton, 31, for his role in the death of John Mattingly III, a Marion County native and UK student who died in 2006.
Benton was found guilty on Tuesday of complicity to second-degree manslaughter complicity to commit robbery, two counts of first-degree robbery, second-degree assault, second-degree wanton endangerment and first-degree wanton endangerment.
