Jury selection to begin in murder trial

Jury selection was slated to begin Tuesday, Oct. 18, in the latest round of court appearances by Michael St. Clair.

St. Clair is charged with the 1991 kidnapping and murder of Marion County native Frank Brady.

To make jury duty easier for the re-sentencing hearing, St. Clair made a motion recently to have jurors paid minimum wage, which is more than the $12.50 paid by statute.
