Keith A. Blackwell, 59, Columbia, passed away at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 15, 2012, at the Westlake Regional Hospital after an illness.
Born June 13, 1952 in Frankfort, Blackwell was a self employed salesman and a Kentucky Colonel.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Clyde Marshall and Lorene Houchens Blackwell.
