The Marion County High School boys basketball team hosts Casey County on Friday night at the Roby Dome before traveling to Clinton County for the Twin Lakes Holiday Classic on Monday.

Casey County (2-3) comes into town with a two game winning streak after dropping their first three games.

"It's still early in the season and they're feeling their players out," Head Coach Tim Peterson said. "They've got a little bit of size and they shoot fairly well. I think we have an advantage in getting up and down the floor. Hopefully we'll be coming off another victory (against Green County) and that will give us some confidence going in."

The Knights travel to Clinton County for the Twin Lakes Holiday Classic on Monday to face the tournament host Clinton County (3-1). Other teams in their pool include Rockcastle County (2-2) and Leslie County (1-1).

"I think we're pretty even with all the teams with in our pool," Peterson said. "Montgomery County (3-2) will be a good team in the other pool. I don't think one team will totally dominant."

Play continues for the Knights on Tuesday of next week in the Twin Lakes Holiday Classic. The Knights return home the day after Christmas to host the Mordecai's Holiday Homecoming Classic.
