Knights tennis team close out regular season with win over Casey County

The Marion County Knights tennis team played Casey County Wednesday on the road, where they came away with a 7-2 victory in their last regular match of the season.

In singles action, Alex Spalding defeated Ryan Martin 8-0, and Noah Swencki won his match against Taylor Leigh 8-0. Marion County's Jacob Burdette beat Clay Cannon 9-7, and Durbin Richardson fell to Casey County's Skylar Wright 4-8.  Ryker Cassidy defeated Hunter Pierce 9-7, while Marion County's Jonah Gillespie lost to Luke Salyers 7-9.
