Ladies mix it up with Nelson and Hart County

On Friday night the Lady Knights basketball team battles Nelson County (15-5) on the road. It will be their second match up of the season as the teams grapple for region superiority.

Tip off is set for 7:30 p.m.

In round one of the rivalry, the Lady Knights outlasted the Lady Cardinals 59-55 at the Roby Dome. Nelson County junior Samantha Drake torched the Lady Knights in the paint.

Nelson looks to even the series at home where they haven't lost this season. Marion County beat the Lady Cards at home last season, winning 70-68.
