Lady Knights bow out of tourney early

The Marion County Lady Knights softball team will not make a regional tournament appearance this season. Wednesday night, the Taylor County Lady Cardinals beat Marion County by a final score of 12-7 as they finished up the game that was started on Monday of last week and was postponed due to lightning. The game was already in the top of the seventh inning, with Taylor County up to bat with one out.
