The Marion County High School girls' basketball team took an early season loss against highly touted Christian Academy of Louisville (CAL) (3-0) on Saturday night at Central Hardin High School.
The Lady Knights trailed the entire game but pulled within four with about two minutes to play in the third at 32-28.
Two quick fouls on Andrea King shifted the momentum back to CAL. They would never get any closer, with Christian Academy's defense holding them to four points in the fourth quarter and only 11 points in the second half.
