Several members of the Marion County High School girls basketball team were honored recently at the post-season banquet.
Senior Dee Johnson won the "Senior Award" as well as the "Defensive Award." Johnson also joined the career 1,000-point club earlier in the season against Ballard Memorial.
Freshman Bre Elder won the award for best field goal percentage, finishing the season at 54 percent from the field. Makayla Epps was runner-up, shooting 50 percent from the floor.
