The young Lady Knights (4-2) brought their “C” game when they showed up to play on the second day of the Lady Admirals Tournament in Danville on Saturday.
Tates Creek (2-5), who’s first win of the season came the night before against Danville (2-2), held their own against the Knights for three quarters and then dominated the last stanza to win 60-49.
“I think we weren’t ready to play,” said coach Trent Milby. “We were lazy on defense.”
