Lebanon City Council meets Monday

The Lebanon City Council is scheduled to meet in regular session at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 9.

According to the agenda, the council is scheduled to hear from Gary Vidito about the Centre Square Fee schedule, from Laura Arnold about the Marion County Area Technology Center and from Hall Environmental for a pretreatment presentation.

Other items on the agenda include the second reading of a flood damage prevention ordinance, approval of Centre Square Foundation resolutions, a discussion of a proposed property maintenance ordinance, and the first reading of an ordinance declaring the city's intent to annex properties at 955 and 935 Bradfordsville Highway and portions of the right-of-way on Bradfordsville Highway.

The council will also consider departmental reports, discussion 408 N. Woodlawn Avenue and consider concurrence with the mayor's reappointment of Brenda Harmon to the planning and zoning commission.
