Rev. Darren Gillespie voiced concerns about the amended alcohol ordinance during the July 17 special-called meeting of the Lebanon City Council.
But he was also concerned that the council was holding its second reading of the ordinance two days after its first reading was approved.
"We, as citizens, need some time to look at this," Gillespie told the council.
