Lebanon man accused of two counts of rape

Dillis Berryman III, 30, of 419 Linda Avenue in Lebanon was indicted in Marion Circuit Court recently for first-degree rape (two counts), first-degree sodomy (three counts), first-degree sexual abuse (four counts) and first-degree persistent felony offender.   According to the indictment, on two occasions between July 6 and Aug. 29, 2008, Berryman engaged in sexual intercourse with another person by forcible compulsion.
