Lebanon man facing drug trafficking charge

William C. Stumph, 24, of 630 Chadley Avenue in Lebanon was indicted for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.
According to the indictment, on or about Oct. 7, 2010, Stumph knowingly and unlawfully trafficked in a controlled substance classified in Schedule I or II, which is a narcotic drug, or he aided, abetted or counseled with another in said act.
His bond was set at $15,000 with the condition that he use no drugs or alcohol.
