Joseph Timothy Brady, 45, of 25 Shreve Lane in Lebanon was sentenced to 10 years in prison in Marion Circuit Court recently on charges of attempted murder and first-degree persistent felony offender. He received credit for 252 days served.
The charges against Brady stemmed from an incident July 25, 2010. At the time of Brady's arrest, Kentucky State Trooper John Adams said Brady had been armed with a shotgun and had been involved in an altercation with a family member.
