Lebanon man gets five years after probation violation

Christopher Brady, 23, of 110 Mack Brady Road in Lebanon was ordered to serve the remainder of his original five-year sentence after his probation was revoked on original charges of first-degree wanton endangerment (six counts), DUI third offense, driving on a DUI suspended license first offense, and cultivation of marijuana five or more plants.
Brady was found in violation of his probation because of a DUI conviction in Taylor County.
In other circuit court matters:
- Savannah N. Nall, 21, of 750 Latham Lane in Island received two years of pretrial diversion on charges of promoting contraband and possession of a controlled substance. She was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $150 court costs.
- Brian K. Wright, 29, of Howard Avenue Lot No. 9 in Lebanon received two years of pretrial diversion on a charge of receiving stolen property.
- A charge of first-degree criminal abuse against Denise Leedom Johnson, 36, of 337 M.L. King Ave. No. 2 in Lebanon has been dismissed.
- A charge of second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance against Lee Ann Mays, 26, of 315 Forrest Street in Lebanon was dismissed.
