Lebanon man gets five years on sex abuse charge

Henry Rodney Beatty Jr., 34, of 222 Cleaver Court in Lebanon entered an Alford plea to first-degree sex abuse. He received five years of probation, and he was ordered to pay $150 court costs and a $25 bond fee.
An Alford plea is an admission that the prosecution could likely prove the charge, but not an admission to committing the act, according to uslegal.com.
