Lebanon man gets probation for DUI

Michael D. Pruitt, 22, of 1820 Hwy. 289 in Lebanon pled guilty to DUI first offense and possession of marijuana in Marion Circuit Court recently. He received 24 months of probation, and he was ordered to pay a $200 fine and court costs and to complete an alcohol and drug education program. His driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.
Charges of trafficking a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, drug paraphernalia, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle and no or expired registration receipt were dismissed.
