Lebanon man gets probation for sexual misconduct

Dillis Berryman III, 31, of 419 Linda Avenue in Lebanon received two years of probation for first-degree wanton endangerment (two counts) and sexual misconduct.

He was ordered to pay $150 court costs and $250 in fees. He was ordered to have no contact with Megan or Martha Thompson.

The parties understand that the defendant will not have to register as a sex offender, and if registration is required, Berryman may withdraw his guilty plea to sexual misconduct.
