Lebanon man gets probation on structuring charges

A local vending service owner will receive two years of probation and six months of home detention after pleading guilty to charges of structuring and attempting to structure. In addition, Donald Hafley will forfeit $285,175.59 and amend tax returns from 2005-2007 in cooperation with the Internal Revenue Service.

The charges against Hafley, 52, of 1719 Bradfordsville Road in Lebanon, stemmed from bank transactions he made in January of 2007. Hafley is the owner of Don's Vending Service.
