Lebanon man gets seven years for wanton endangerment

Jackie Dakota Moore, 21, of 1364 St. Matthew Cemetery Road in Lebanon was sentenced to seven years in prison for two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment in Marion Circuit Court recently.
Moore was originally indicted for first-degree rape and first-degree sex abuse (two counts). The rape charge was dismissed, and the sex abuse charges were amended to wanton endangerment.

In other circuit court matters:
- Joseph D. Goff Jr., 37, of 1355 Bradfordsville Road in Lebanon was sentenced to two years in prison for second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. He was ordered to serve this sentence consecutive to a sentence he is already serving. Goff was also ordered to pay $175 court costs and restitution
- Bruce A. Clark, 50, of 7275 Calvary Road in Finley received 24 months of probation for possession of marijuana. He was ordered to pay $175 court costs.
A charge of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon was dismissed
- Damon Lee Barnett, 45, of 799 W. Main Street Apt. 2 in Lebanon received 24 months of probation for three counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument. He was ordered to pay $175 court costs and to pay $1,300 restitution to Citizens National Bank.
A charge of second-degree persistent felony offender was dismissed.
