Lebanon man indicted for assault, wanton endangerment

Dontay J. Sangster, 21, of 256 Lake Avenue in Lebanon was indicted for first-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment (seven counts) and second-degree persistent felony offender.
According to the indictment, on or about Feb. 1, 2011, Sangster manifested extreme indifference to the value of human life by wantonly engaging in conduct that created a grave risk of death to another and thereby caused serious physical injury to another. The indictment also reads that he wantonly engaged in conduct that created a grave risk of death to seven other people.
