Malcome R. Marable Sr., 45, of 745 W. Main Street in Lebanon was indicted for third-degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking over $500.
According to the indictment, on or about Oct. 23, Marable knowingly entered or remained unlawfully in a building with intent to commit a crime.
His bond was set at 10 percent of $10,000 with the condition that he has no contact with the victim or the victim’s premises.
- Korey Phillips, 24, of 330 Shuck Avenue in Lebanon was indicted for flagrant non-support.
According to the indictment, between Nov. 19, 2007, and Dec. 30, 2010, Phillips persistently failed to provide support for his minor child, which he could reasonably provide and has a duty to provide by virtue of a court order, and that his failure to pay has resulted in arrears of more than $1,000.
His bond was set at $1,000, non-refundable.
- Christy Nolley Baker, 34, of 375 Oil Slade Road in Campbellsville was indicted on two counts each of first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor and second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.
According to the indictment, on or about Oct. 19, Baker knowingly induced, assisted or caused a minor to engage in illegal controlled substance activity other than marijuana and in activity involving marijuana.
Her bond was set at $1,000 with the condition that she have no contact with the victim.
