Lebanon man indicted for drug trafficking

Charles S. Brady, 40, of Holly Hill Motel in Lebanon was indicted for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree persistent felony offender in Marion Circuit Court recently.
According to the indictment, on or about June 22, 2010, Brady knowingly and was unlawfully trafficking in a schedule I or II controlled substance or aided, abetted or counseled with another in said act.
The indictment also reads that he was over 21 and stood convicted of at least two felonies after his 18th birthday.
