Lebanon man indicted for DUI fourth offense

Timothy Ray Mays, 39, of 780 Sulphur Springs Road in Lebanon was indicted for DUI fourth offense (aggravator), operating a motor vehicle while license suspended for DUI, careless driving and disregarding a stop sign.
According to the indictment, on or about Nov. 13, Mays was driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or other substances that impaired his driving ability, and this was his fourth or subsequent offense.
His bond was set at $15,000 with the condition that he use no drugs or alcohol.
