Lebanon man pleads guilty on IRS charge

Donald Hafley has admitted to two charges of structuring stemming from January of 2007.

"Defendant will enter a voluntary plea of guilty to the charges in this case," reads the Oct. 14 plea agreement between Hafley and the U.S. Attorney's Office. "Defendant will plead guilty because he is in fact guilty of the charges."

According to the agreement, Hafley pled guilty to structuring and attempting to structure U.S. currency through transactions at Community Trust Bank in Lebanon.
