Lebanon man pleads guilty to rape

Two others charged in relation to incident

A Lebanon man pled guilty to third-degree rape, and two other Lebanon residents pled guilty to charges stemming from the same incident in Marion Circuit Court recently.
Dylan Humphrey, 21, of 342 Oak Street in Lebanon entered a guilty plea April 18 to third-degree rape.
Natasha M. Humphrey, 21, also of 342 Oak Street in Lebanon pled guilty April 18 to complicity to third-degree rape.
And Randall P. Smith, 24, of 627 Doctor Street in Lebanon pled guilty April 25 to first-degree wanton endangerment.
Dylan Humphrey and Smith were originally indicted on charges of first-degree rape stemming from incidents that occurred between Jan. 5 and Feb. 29. Dylan and Natasha Humphrey were also indicted on charges of complicity to first-degree rape.
Smith is scheduled for sentencing June 6.
The Humphreys are scheduled for sentencing June 27. Marion Circuit Judge Dan Kelly ordered both of the Humphreys to be evaluated by the sexual offender treatment operated by the Department of Corrections and the Department for Mental Health and Mental Retardation.
