Lebanon man pleads guilty to reckless homicide

Phillip R. Johnson, 29, of 6345 W. Main Street, Apt. 10, in Lebanon pled guilty to reckless homicide and two counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance in Marion Circuit Court recently.

Johnson faced an original charge of first-degree manslaughter related to the death of Jessica Monday on March 9, 2010.

His sentencing has been scheduled for Jan. 5.
