Lebanon men indicted for cultivating marijuana

Robert D. Brady, 61, of 3890 Hwy. 289 in Lebanon was indicted for marijuana cultivation five plants or more.
According to the indictment, on or about May 6, Brady knowingly and unlawfully planted, cultivated or harvested five or more marijuana plants with intent to sell or transfer it, or he aided, abetted or counseled with another in said act.
His bond was set at 10 percent of $10,000 with the conditions that he use no drugs or alcohol.
- Joseph P. Brady, 64, of 100 Mac Brady Road in Lebanon was indicted for marijuana cultivation five plants or more.
