Seventeen indictments were unsealed recently by a Taylor Circuit Court judge, including the indictments of two Lebanon men, and all of the indictments involve alleged drug crimes.
Gary Mattingly, 57, of 100 St. Joe Road in Lebanon was charged with first-degree selling a controlled substance. His bond was set at $3,000 cash. If convicted, Mattingly could be sentenced to as much as 10 years in prison.
