Lee Ada Smith, 96, Lebanon, passed away Monday, July 2, 2012 at Spring View Hospital after an illness.
She was born on Nov. 26, 1915.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, John and Ivy Chandler Riley; her husband, Paul Smith; and a daughter, Margie Wilkerson.
Survivors include: three sons, Ray and Junior Smith of Lebanon and Robert Smith of Fort Myers, Fla.; a sister, Edith Mattingly of Lebanon; 16 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 6 at Campbell-DeWitt Funeral Home, Lebanon, with burial in Bethlehem Cemetery. Bro. Herbie Goff officiated.
Pallbearers were Gary Wilkerson Jr., Jimmy Mattingly, Billy Lanham, Scotty Wilkerson, Chad Pankey, and Junior Smith.
Campbell-DeWitt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
