Letter: Appalled by council

After reading the Enterprise’s web story on the March 7 city council meeting, I am ashamed and appalled at all of you.

Don’t any of you have any business sense or backbone? Yes, it was the tourism board that was giving out money that they don’t even have, but now you want to repeal the two percent restaurant tax that gives it all of its funding.  Or is this just the first step to doing totally away with the tourism commission? The tourism board needs a lesson in budgeting.
