For the past year, the Marion County Historical Society Board of Trustees has focused on the message of “Opportunity, Challenge, Responsibility.”

Thanks to the efforts of the City of Lebanon, the “opportunity” for not just a good, but a great museum space is nearing fruition.

Consulting with the Kentucky Historical Society and other museum managers, we are very aware of the tremendous “challenge” and necessity of developing a financial formula that will ensure financial support and success for years to come.
