Letter: Embarrassed by the school board

I am embarrassed to be a Marion County citizen after watching the recent school board meeting that dealt with Mr. Smith's evaluation. Only Mr. Mullins seemed respectful of dealing with facts and focusing on Mr. Smith's work performance. This meeting appeared to be held with a planned agenda. This meeting seemed directed to run him out of town. Congratulations - this is exactly what was accomplished.
