Letter: Protection from dictatorship

There are no red states or blue states! Only red, white and blue states!

There are no Democrat or Republican parties, only Americans.

The comments below are necessary to safeguard the liberty of the citizens of Kentucky.

The state of Kentucky legislature needs to pass a law making any federal Supreme Court decision void in Kentucky if the majority (51 percent) of citizen voters, vote against a U.S. Supreme Court decision. This would give the citizens of Kentucky protection from dictatorship. This law could also be expanded to cover the state Supreme Court decisions that are also anti-Kentucky or U.S. Court.
