After two games in the Little League softball district tournament at Graham Memorial Park, Marion County is sitting pretty.

On Saturday, Marion County's 9-and-10-year-old All-Stars took it to Burkesville, beating the visiting team 15-5 in a display of dominance.

The 11-and-12-year-old All-Stars followed suit, beating Albany 14-4 to begin pool play.

In their second game of pool play, the 9-and-10-year-olds continued their strong play with a 15-2 drubbing of Washington County. They finished Sunday afternoon with two wins and no losses in pool play.

In the second game of the 11-and-12-year-old All-Stars, Marion County survived a tight one against Russell County. The locals won 5-4 and remained perfect in pool play with two wins and zero losses.
