Logan Wells, 74, Lebanon, passed away Friday, March 16, 2012, in Lexington, Ind.
Wells was a U.S. Army veteran.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, George Dewey and Martha Francis Wells.
Survivors include: a son, Mark Wells of Bedford; two daughters, Michelle Rakes and Melissa Mattingly, both of Lebanon.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at Fairview Christian Church, Underwood, Ind. with burial in the church cemetery. Bro. Don Watts and Bro. Brad Enevoldsen officiated.
