Richard Hager, 32, who walked away from Marion Adjustment Center Friday night, Jan. 3, was apprehended by the Lebanon Police at 10:44 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 8.
Hager is now being held at the Marion County Detention Center.
At the time of his escape, Hager was serving a six-year sentence for first-degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle) and second-degree persistent felony offender. He would have been eligible for parole in November of 2009, and his scheduled release date was Jan. 1, 2012.
