I just came in with a basket of vegetables from the garden.
I have some good ripe tomatoes and some beautiful green peppers, so I'm definitely making fresh salsa.
I got a decent mess of beans, the purple ones that turn green when you cook them.
And, of course, I also have a few more zucchini.
The Fresh Salsa I make is super easy and delicious, great on tortilla chips, or accompanying grilled meat, tacos, etc. I also like it used as a dressing on lettuce for a great salad.
