Mayor offers $8.8 million budget proposal

Lebanon Mayor Gary Crenshaw has proposed an $8.8 million budget for the 2012-13 fiscal year. He delivered his annual budget address May 31 to the Lebanon City Council.

"The budget process each year is a learning experience for those of us who work together to come up with the best way to allocate the city's resources," he said. "All of us involved in the process have our own ideas of what is needed or desired."
