MCHS Academic Team wins district for eighth year

The Marion County High School Academic Team placed first overall, first in Future Problem Solving and first in the Quick Recall competition at the District Governor’s Cup Competition on Saturday, Jan. 26, at Campbellsville High School.

Competing against students from Washington County, Taylor County and Campbellsville High School, Marion County students also came away with nine medals in written assessment and one medal in written composition. 

Winners will advance to regional competition to be held on Feb. 12 and Feb. 16, at Marion County High School.
