Mills attends ag leaders summit

State Representative Terry Mills, D-Lebanon, attended a national summit of agricultural and rural leaders from across the United States. The Legislative Agriculture Chairs Summit was held in Washington D.C.
At the White House, summit participants met with U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack and officials involved with farm services, rural development, food safety, and the Natural Resources Conservation Service. They also discussed international agricultural trade with Dr. Issi Siddiqui, the  U.S. Trade Representative for Agriculture.
