Mock Avenue man indicted on burglary charges

Terrance S. Hazelwood, 21, of 229 Mock Avenue in Lebanon was indicted for second-degree burglary.
According to the indictment, on or about Oct. 1, Hazelwood entered or remained unlawfully in a dwelling (Bruce Higdon residence) with intent to commit a crime or he aided, abetted or counseled with another in said act.
In a second indictment, Hazelwood was indicted for attempted second-degree burglary. According to that indictment, on or about Oct. 9, Hazelwood attempted to enter or remain unlawfully in a dwelling (James A. Brady residence) with intent to commit a crime.
In a third indictment, Hazelwood was indicted for second-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief. According to that indictment, on or about Oct. 11, Hazelwood  entered or remained unlawfully in a dwelling (Camille M. Ward residence) with intent to commit a crime.
In a fourth indictment,  Hazelwood was indicted for second-degree burglary. According to that indictment, on or about Oct. 11, Hazelwood  entered or remained unlawfully in a dwelling (Sherry and Mary Parrott residence) with intent to commit a crime.
His bond was set at $20,000 with the condition that he has no contact with the complaining witnesses.
In other circuit court matters:
- Marion L. Price, 35, of 555 Maple Street Apartments in Lebanon was indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance, DUI first offense, operating on a suspended or revoked license, reckless driving and failure to or improper signal.
According to the indictment, on or about Oct. 28, Price possessed a controlled substance classified as Schedule I or II, which is a narcotic drug, or he aided, abetted or counseled with another in said act.
His bond was set at $15,000 with the condition that he uses no alcohol or drugs.
- Shawn Glover, 23, of 205 Hood Avenue in Lebanon was indicted for third-degree burglary and second-degree persistent felony offender.
According to the indictment, on or about Sept. 27, Glover entered or remained unlawfully in a building with intent to commit a crime, or he aided, abetted or counseled with another in said act. The indictment also reads that he was over 21 and had been convicted of at least one prior felony after his 18th birthday.
His bond was set at $15,000 with the condition that he has no contact with the complaining witness.
- Wesley Waldridge, 32, of Marion County Detention Center was indicted for first-degree promoting contraband and first-degree persistent felony offender.
According to the indictment, on or about Oct. 23, Waldridge introduced dangerous contraband into a detention facility or penitentiary, or being confined to a detention facility, knowingly made, obtained or possessed dangerous contraband, or he aided, abetted or counseled with another in said act. The indictment also reads that he was over 21 and stood convicted of at least two felonies after his 18th birthday.
His bond was set at $15,000.
- Christie D. Saylor, 32, of 1875 Sportsman Lake Road in Lebanon was indicted for theft by unlawful taking under $10,000 and theft by unlawful taking under $500.
According to the indictment, on or about Oct. 14, Saylor took or exercised controll over movable property (valued at more than $500 but less than $10,000) of another with intent to deprive another thereof.
Her bond was set at 10 percent of $10,000.
- Jason D. Brummett, 27, of 127 Edgewood Drive in Stanford was indicted for theft by unlawful taking under $10,000 and theft by unlawful taking under $500.
According to the indictment, on or about Oct. 14, Brummett took or exercised control over movable property (valued at more than $500 but less than $10,000) of another with intent to deprive another thereof.
His bond was set at 10 percent of $10,000.
- Clifton J. Greene, 21, of 664 Doctor Street in Lebanon was indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication controlled substance.
According to the indictment, on or about Oct. 14, Greene possessed a controlled substance classified in Schedule I or II, which is a narcotic, or he aided, abetted or counseled with another in said act.
His bond was set at $1,000 with the condition that he uses no drugs or alcohol.
- Tracey Scott Smith, 40, of Holly Hill Motel #123 in Lebanon was indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana.
According to the indictment, on or about Sept. 30, Smith possessed a controlled substance classified in Schedule I or II, which is a narcotic, or Smith aided, abetted or counseled with another in said act.
Smith’s bond was set at $1,000 with the condition that he uses no drugs or alcohol.
- Tammy Lynn Johnson, 40, of Holly Hill Motel #123 in Lebanon was indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana.
According to the indictment, on or about Sept. 30, Johnson possessed a controlled substance classified in Schedule I or II, which is a narcotic, or she aided, abetted or counseled with another in said act.
Her bond was set at $1,000 with the condition that she uses no drugs or alcohol.
