Terrance S. Hazelwood, 21, of 229 Mock Avenue in Lebanon was indicted for second-degree burglary.
According to the indictment, on or about Oct. 1, Hazelwood entered or remained unlawfully in a dwelling (Bruce Higdon residence) with intent to commit a crime or he aided, abetted or counseled with another in said act.
In a second indictment, Hazelwood was indicted for attempted second-degree burglary. According to that indictment, on or about Oct. 9, Hazelwood attempted to enter or remain unlawfully in a dwelling (James A. Brady residence) with intent to commit a crime.
