County anticipates increase in health insurance costs
Marion County will be seeking requests for proposals for health insurance for its employees, but Marion County Judge/Executive John G. Mattingly said a hefty price increase is likely.
The county's insurance plan is not up for renewal until January, but the county could run a deficit of up to $100,000 in that line item of its budget by the end of the fiscal year, Mattingly said.
