Lebanon restaurants that apply for a license to sell alcohol on Sundays will not have to pay a fee to the city.
During a special-called meeting Jan. 1, Councilman Bill Pickerill made a motion that the city have no fee for a Sunday sales license. Councilman Kenny Marrett seconded the motion.
The amendment to the city’s alcohol sales ordinance was approved unanimously. The second reading was approved during a special-called meeting Jan. 2.
