November election filings

-A A +A
By The Staff

Marion County voters will have plenty to decide when they go to the polls Nov. 2.

The biggest race on the ballot is the U.S. Senate seat currently held by Jim Bunning. Attorney General Jack Conway, a Democrat, and Dr. Rand Paul, a Republican, are vying to replace Bunning.

Incumbent Second District Congressman Brett Guthrie, a Republican, is facing a challenge from Democrat Ed Marksberry.

At the state level, 24th District State Rep. Terry Mills, a Democrat, is running against Republican Leo Johnson. This is a rematch of the special election held earlier this year.
