Oak Street residents sentenced in connection with rape case

Dylan T. Humphrey, 21, of 342 Oak Street in Lebanon was sentenced to five years of probation with 12 months in the county jail for third-degree rape (minor victim). He was ordered to pay $150 court costs, and he will have blood samples taken for DNA law enforcement identification purposes.
Prior to his sentencing, Humphrey was ordered to have an evaluation by the sexual offender treatment program operated or approved by the Department of Corrections and the Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation Services.
In a related case, Natasha Humphrey, 21, of 342 Oak Street in Lebanon received five years of program with 12 months in the county jail on two counts of third-degree complicity to rape.
She was ordered to pay $175 court costs. Prior to her sentencing, she was ordered to have an evaluation by the sexual offender treatment program operated or approved by the Department of Corrections and the Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation Services.

In other circuit court matters:
- William C. Tate, 38, 132 Hemlock Drive in Shepherdsville received 24 months of probation for prescription controlled substance not in its original container, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. He also pled guilty to four counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (10 or more dosage units). Five charges of second-degree persistent felony offender were dismissed.

Dismissals
- Charges of cultivation of marijuana five or more plants were dismissed against James Edgar Edelen, 48, of 5710 Hwy. 52, Loretto, because he completed his diversion program.
- Charges of cultivation of marijuana five or more plants was dismissed against James C. Drury, 58, of 1876 Manton Road in Loretto, because he completed his diversion program.
