Mayor, assistant chief say drunk drivers will be pulled over

By Stephen Lega

A recent Facebook post by the wife of a Lebanon police officer raised some concerns about the Lebanon Police Department’s policies toward DUI, but the assistant chief of police and the mayor both say the city is in favor of pulling over and arresting drunk drivers.

Amber Cardwell, who is the wife of Officer Quentin Cardwell, posted a message on her Facebook page on New Year's Eve noting that people going to the bars that night didn't need to worry about getting pulled over.
