Opera House to host art exhibit

Springfield’s Opera House will host an exhibit of artwork in various media by local artist/educators. These pieces will be available for viewing on the lower floor of the building, while an exhibit of student work will be located on the second floor.
Marion County High School art teacher Susan Crum-Cox will exhibit as will Marilyn Peters and Tara Burkhead, both from Washington County schools.
Opening reception will be Sunday, Feb. 27, from 1-4 and the public is invited free of charge.
